- Banned PLAs on all Department of Defense and General Services Administration projects.
- Rescinded Executive Orders promoting PLAs on federally funded infrastructure.
- Initiated cancellation of existing PLAs at Department of Energy national laboratories, some in place for decades.
- Terminated Community Benefit Plans tied to federal energy projects that had included union job guarantees.
These moves open the door for non-union contractors to undercut labor standards on federal jobs, eroding job quality and safety for our members.
